Israel Strikes Hezbollah: Thousands of Rocket Launchers Destroyed in Southern Lebanon.
The Israel Defense Forces delivered strong strikes on the military targets of the terrorist group Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. According to IDF spokesperson Daniel Hagari, thousands of rocket launchers prepared by militants for attacks on Israeli territory were destroyed.
The latest strikes on targets in Lebanon were carried out after Israeli fighter jets attacked around 180 Hezbollah-owned sites. According to preliminary data, the terrorists were planning a massive rocket attack on northern Israel.
On Saturday, around 100 rockets were fired from Lebanon into Israeli territory. In response, Israel raised the combat readiness of its forces, particularly the Air Force.
The Commander of the Israeli Air Force, Major General Tomer Bar, confirmed that the army is prepared for possible further attacks. Residents of northern regions of Israel, including Haifa, are advised to follow the guidance of the Home Front Command due to the threat of new rocket attacks in the coming hours.
