The Israeli army eliminated the leader of the 'Hamas' terrorist network in Tulkarm.
The Israeli Defense Forces carried out a strike on the area of Tulkarm city on the West Bank of the Jordan River, resulting in the elimination of Zahi Yaser Abd al-Razek Ufi, the leader of the 'Hamas' terrorist network in this city. This was reported by the IDF.
According to the Israeli military, Ufi was responsible for planning and organizing a series of terrorist attacks, including an attempted car bombing in the Israeli settlement of Ateret on September 2, 2024. He also supplied weapons to other terrorists in the region and led the preparation of a significant number of terrorist attacks targeting Israeli communities in Judea, Samaria, and other parts of Israeli territory.
According to the IDF, Ufi was an active participant in planning and executing extreme terrorist attacks, during which a large number of Israeli civilians were harmed. His activities were aimed at strengthening the 'Hamas' terrorist network and supporting other terrorists in the region, particularly in conducting shelling and car bombings.
Together with Ufi, other important terrorists associated with the 'Hamas' network in Tulkarm were also eliminated.
Let us recall, Israel attacked Beirut: the target was the leader of 'Hezbollah'.
