The Cabinet approved new requirements for sailors' certificates.

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has made improvements to the procedure for issuing certificates for sailors, which will simplify and enhance the process of obtaining documents. According to a representative of the Ministry of Community Development and Territories, these changes are aimed at improving the working conditions of sailors and national security.

One of the most important innovations is the transition to the use of a modern document with a contactless electronic carrier, which will simplify identification, increase the level of security, and allow certificates to be obtained remotely. Some changes have already come into effect, while others will be introduced over the next two years.
