Canada Delivers New Roshel Senator Armored Vehicles to Ukraine: Inside the UNIFIER Mission.
Military Equipment Transferred to Ukraine
According to UATV: Canada has sent a fresh shipment of military hardware to Ukraine, which includes state-of-the-art Roshel Senator armored vehicles. This aid falls under Operation UNIFIER, a mission launched in 2015 aimed at training and strengthening Ukrainian forces.
Since the operation began, Canadian instructors have trained over 47,000 Ukrainian military personnel. Training has taken place at various locations, including the United Kingdom, Poland, and Latvia—especially following Russia’s full-scale invasion.
Canada’s Ongoing Commitment
Amid a volatile security environment, Canada continues to demonstrate its backing for Ukraine by supplying critical resources to bolster the country’s defense capabilities.
This latest delivery of military equipment highlights the enduring defense partnership between Canada and Ukraine, particularly in the face of persistent Russian threats. Canadian support—encompassing both training and material aid—plays a vital role in enhancing the effectiveness of Ukraine’s armed forces as they defend national sovereignty.
