Cooking Method
Finely chop the cabbage, pour hot water over it, and leave it for a few minutes to soften. Then, drain the excess liquid. Peel and finely chop the onion with a knife or blender.
In a large bowl, place the minced meat, add the prepared cabbage, onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until the mixture is homogeneous.
Wet your hands and form oval or round patties, coating them in flour. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the cabbage rolls on both sides until golden brown.
Then cover with a lid and simmer for a few more minutes on low heat to ensure they are cooked well inside.
