The Special Representative of the USA for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, revealed the first point of the peace plan developed in collaboration with Ukraine and the European Union. He announced this on social media platform X on Sunday, May 18. During negotiations in Istanbul, Secretary of State Marco Rubio emphasized that this plan consists of 22 points and serves as the foundation for achieving peace.
