According to inkorr.com: A 38-year-old man in Kyiv was sentenced to 15 years in prison for an armed robbery and the rape of a woman in the underpass. Prosecutors from the Holosiyivskyi District Prosecutor's Office supported the public prosecution in this case.
The court found the defendant guilty of crimes, guided by part 4 of Article 187 and part 1 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. It was established that he attacked the woman as she was descending into the underpass, stole 4000 hryvnias from her, and raped her.
