Kyiv supermarkets operate on generators: how the government will support business.
The situation with supermarkets in Kyiv
According to Novyny.live: Kyiv supermarkets are already operating on generators during power outages. This has become a necessary step due to the prolonged lack of electricity, which has forced many establishments in the capital to close. On January 13, it became known about the closures of supermarkets, but now they are equipped with generators, allowing them to continue their operations.
Yuliya Svyrydenko, speaking in the Verkhovna Rada on January 14, confirmed that supermarkets are functioning on generators.
The government is ready to support businesses during this difficult period by providing the necessary conditions for operation amid power outages. This is an important step to ensure the stability of the supply of goods and services during the energy crisis.
Support for business during the energy crisis
The situation with energy supply in Ukraine remains tense, and support for businesses under such conditions is critically important for economic stability. The use of generators by supermarkets not only helps preserve jobs but also ensures that the population has access to essential goods amid energy restrictions. Such measures can serve as an example for other industries that are also facing difficulties due to power outages.
