Kyivstar Expands 'Chance' Plan: Affordable Internet at 50 UAH Now Available in Eight Cities.
Broader Reach for the 'Chance' Internet Plan
According to Novyny.live: Kyivstar has extended the availability of its 'Chance' tariff, now offering home internet with speeds up to 100 Mbps at a promotional rate in eight Ukrainian cities. New subscribers to the Home Internet service can sign up for just 50 UAH per month. This discounted price remains valid for the first six months, after which the monthly fee increases to 100 UAH. The plan is accessible until the end of 2026, with the enrollment window now open from June 15 through December 31.

The 'Chance' tariff is currently available in the following locations:
- Kyiv
- Dnipro
- Poltava
- Bila Tserkva
- Zhovti Vody
- Sheptytskyi
- Fastiv
- Chernivtsi
Previously, this offer was limited to customers in Ivano-Frankivsk, Khmelnytskyi, and Lviv. To qualify for the plan, there must be no active Home Internet account at the subscriber's address within the last six months. Additionally, a minimum balance of 100 UAH is required to place an order for connection.
The 'Chance' package includes home internet at speeds up to 100 Mbps and access to 'Kyivstar TV', which features 107 television channels. For customers in areas with gigabit coverage, speeds up to 1 Gbps are available for the first three months at no extra cost. The service also includes a 'Trust Week' feature, granting free access to services for 7 days if the account runs low on funds.
Expanding the 'Chance' plan represents a significant step toward improving internet accessibility in Ukraine, especially amid rising demand for online services and remote work.
With the addition of new cities to the coverage list, more Ukrainians can take advantage of these favorable terms and connect to high-quality home internet at an affordable price.
