Kyivstar will introduce a fee for the SIM card: who will have to pay an extra 50 hryvnias.
Mobile operator Kyivstar announced significant changes to the SIM card replacement service for its subscribers. According to a message on the company's official website, the new conditions will come into effect on August 15, 2024.
This was reported by the information resource "Hvylya".
"We are updating the cost of the non-warranty SIM card replacement service. This applies to both the main SIM card and additional SIM cards provided under the terms of the SIM for tablet and second phone services," the operator reports.
According to the new conditions, the cost of the non-warranty SIM card replacement service will be 50 hryvnias for all categories of subscribers, including prepaid, contract subscribers, and business clients.
The Kyivstar company reminds that a non-warranty SIM card replacement is carried out in cases of loss, blocking, or damage. Subscribers can contact any Kyivstar store to replace the SIM card. The nearest stores can be found on the operator's website.
Earlier, Ukrainian mobile operators Kyivstar, Vodafone, and lifecell were asked about their readiness for a harsh winter and received answers.
