According to inkorr.com: China has announced an ambitious plan for the full integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into all areas of life. The document presented by the State Council of China serves as a roadmap for transforming the country into an 'intelligent economy' by 2035.
By 2027, deep implementation of AI is planned in six key areas: science, industry, government administration, citizens' welfare, consumer goods, and international relations.
By 2030, it is planned to achieve 90% usage of AI, turning it into a basic infrastructure and driving force of the economy.
The ultimate goal of the project, set for 2035, is the complete transformation of Chinese society through artificial intelligence, opening a new stage of economic and social development.

China sees AI as an 'international public good' and emphasizes the importance of developing open-source technologies. Despite technological challenges, the country is actively closing the gap with American AI models, as evidenced by productivity growth in tests. The ten-year plan aims to further strengthen key areas such as security, data supply, and energy efficiency to achieve its goals.
