China has successfully launched the Pakistani Earth observation satellite PRSS-1. The launch took place from a launch site in Sichuan province. The satellite is designed for research on land resources and disaster prevention.
The carrier rocket is 19.4 m long, 1.4 m in diameter, and has a launch mass of 30 tons. It is designed for launching light satellites.
In recent months, China has also successfully launched various space devices, confirming its great success in space programs.
China continues to actively develop its space capabilities, cooperating with other countries such as Pakistan. This launch of PRSS-1 is another step towards expanding the space capabilities of both countries.
