According to Korrespondent.net: The Chinese company Xpeng has presented the global version of its Xpeng P7+ sedan for 2026. The car will be available in a fully electric variant as well as in a hybrid modification with an extended range extender (EREV). It is reported that the new model will appear in 36 global markets and has received over 100 improvements compared to the previous version.

Model Characteristics

The electric version of the Xpeng P7+ provides a range of up to 725 km according to the CLTC cycle, while the hybrid EREV variant can travel up to 1550 km with a full tank and a charged battery. On electric drive, the car can cover up to 430 km, making it a leader in its class.

The sedan is built on an 800-volt platform and supports ultra-fast charging at the 5C standard. The hybrid version is equipped with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine, which acts as a generator with a power output of 148 hp. Working in conjunction with it is an electric motor with a power output of 241 hp. The maximum speed of the car reaches 200 km/h.

Dimensions and Weight

The dimensions of the EREV version are 5071 mm in length, 1937 mm in width, and 1512 mm in height. The wheelbase exceeds 3000 mm, and the curb weight of the car is 2160 kg. The body length has increased by 15 mm compared to the electric version.

Although the car will be available in many markets, it has not yet been disclosed in which specific regions it will be sold, and the price has also not been announced.

It has also recently become known that Xpeng has presented its competitor for the Tesla Model Y and Xiaomi YU7.
