According to UATV: On February 24, 2024, a video conference for the 'Coalition of the Willing' will be held to mark the fourth anniversary of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. The Élysée Palace press service announced this on February 20, 2024. French President Emmanuel Macron will chair the meeting, with Keir Starmer serving as a co-host for the event.
