Who the Territorial Recruitment Centers will not be able to fine from July 17.
Changes in fines for unupdated military registration data will take place in Ukraine after July 17, 2025. According to lawyers, territorial recruitment centers will lose the ability to fine citizens for this type of violation.
What will happen at TCC on July 17
After July 17, 2025, territorial recruitment centers will no longer have the right to impose fines for unupdated military registration data. According to legislation, a fine can be imposed within three months after the violation is detected, but no later than one year after the commission.
“Thus, on July 17, 2025, the one-year period for bringing to administrative responsibility for not updating military data ends, and TCC loses the right to fine citizens for this violation,”
explained the lawyers.
How to cancel a fine from TCC
If the territorial recruitment center still attempts to impose a fine after July 17, 2025, you have the right to appeal this decision in court due to the expiration of legal deadlines. Earlier, we shared information about checking for fines from TCC and talked about the regions where fines for military registration violations were most frequently imposed.
Changes in legislation regarding fines for unupdated military registration data will open new opportunities for citizens and allow them to avoid unnecessary administrative pressure from TCC.
