Nana, a citizen of Colombia, is serving in the 117th separate territorial defense brigade. The girl has military and social education and came to the front in Ukraine to support the positions and provide medical assistance. According to her, she wants to contribute to making Ukraine free. Many Colombians consider Russia's war against Ukraine to be unfair, and the attacks on civilians and the large number of casualties outrage them.
Nana is impressed by the culture and way of life of Ukrainians and would gladly stay here after victory. She dreams of helping in social work and participating in the country's reconstruction.
Other foreign soldiers are also joining the defense of Ukraine, even without previous military experience or service in their own troops. Representatives from 30 countries are fighting in the second international legion for Ukraine, which testifies to their support for the country in maintaining peace and security.
