Employee booking through 'Diia' to be expedited to 24 hours: new rules for businesses.
According to ТСН: Critical enterprises will be able to book employees much faster through the 'Diia' portal until February 1, 2026: the processing time for applications has been reduced to 24 hours.
This was reported by the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
“Currently, many enterprises are nearing the expiration of their employees' postponements. To avoid a situation where critical specialists lose their reservation due to procedural delays, we are temporarily simplifying the rules,” the Ministry explained.
Previously, the processing of booking applications took three days, but now this process will take only 24 hours. Furthermore, entrepreneurs no longer need to wait five days between applications for cancellation of bookings — as soon as one application is processed, a new one can be submitted immediately.
These simplifications are temporary and will be in effect until February 1, 2026, after which normal rules will return.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation also noted that they are working on the possibility of submitting applications for the extension of bookings in advance so that the process is uninterrupted.
“This will allow for a seamless process, so that there is no break between the end of the old and the beginning of the new postponement,” the agency indicated.
It is worth recalling that the government on December 8 canceled the 72-hour verification period for the lists of employees for enterprises with confirmed critical status. This will help protect personnel and ensure uninterrupted operation. A norm has also been introduced that allows employees of the defense industry to be booked for 45 calendar days, giving them time to eliminate possible violations of military accounting rules.
Simplifying the procedure for booking employees aims to facilitate the activities of critical enterprises and ensure stability in their operations. The changes introduced should contribute to a more effective and quicker response to the needs for specialists, which is extremely important for supporting the economy in the face of modern challenges.
