Bloody deaf turn: WSJ explains who prevented Ukraine from winning the war.

Ukraine is not winning the war due to Joe Biden's restrictions
According to The Wall Street Journal, the war in Ukraine is causing terrible losses on both sides. US President Joe Biden restricted military aid and its use, which posed an obstacle to Ukraine's victory and helped create a safe zone for the enemy on its territory.
"This prevented Ukraine from achieving victory and resulted in the creation of a safe zone for the enemy on its territory," the newspaper writes.
Such restrictions prevented Ukraine from carrying out attacks on strategic targets in Russia. Putin's forces still have a safe zone, allowing them to attack Ukraine without consequences.
The responsibility for the war in Ukraine will be shifted to Trump. This puts him in a difficult position. If Putin does not agree to peace terms, Trump must strengthen US and Ukraine support to achieve a diplomatic solution.
This requires providing new military aid to Ukraine and lifting restrictions on the use of weapons. It is also necessary to pressure Iran to stop exporting weapons to Russia, and Western Europe to stop using Russian energy resources.
Analysts have already assessed the Russian army's ability to win in the Kursk region.
