Russians unexpectedly used armored vehicles in the Kupyansk direction: how the battles continue.
Active hostilities in the Kupyansk direction
According to inkorr.com: Commander of the UAV crew of the 2nd mechanized battalion of the 116th separate mechanized brigade Viktor Shevchenko reported on the intensive attacks of Russian troops on Ukrainian positions in the Kupyansk area. He emphasized that, despite the autumn weather with rains and fogs, this does not prevent the enemy from continuing their efforts.
Most often, drones destroy light equipment such as motorcycles, cars, and 'Bukhanka' vans. This is the main type of transport for the enemy in this direction due to the challenging sandy terrain. However, recently the adversary has started to use armored vehicles in their attacks, which came as a surprise.
During one of the attacks, the enemy employed tanks and 'motoligs', but thanks to the effective work of Ukrainian artillery, this equipment was halted. The crew commander also noted that fiber-optic drones showed their effectiveness, and one of them even hit a tank through the hatch.
Summary: Active hostilities in the Kupyansk direction continue from the Russian occupiers, who use various types of equipment in their attacks. Ukrainian troops, thanks to drones and artillery, successfully repel these assaults, demonstrating resilience and ingenuity in defending their positions.
