Buying or Renting a Home in Poland: Ukrainians Suggested What is More Profitable.

Ukrainian citizens were explained what is more profitable - to rent or to buy a home in Poland.
As reported by "Khvilya", inpoland.net.pl writes about this.
Ukrainians who have moved to Poland often face an important question: to rent housing or to buy their own. Each option has its advantages and disadvantages, which should be carefully weighed.
Renting housing allows for flexibility and does not require significant initial expenses. In Warsaw, the cost of renting a one-room apartment ranges from 2000 to 3500 zlotys per month. This option is particularly attractive for those who do not yet know their long-term plans or do not have enough funds to purchase their own property.
Buying property, on the other hand, can be beneficial from a long-term perspective. Housing prices in Warsaw range from 12000 to 15000 zlotys per square meter, and in Krakow - from 10000 to 13000 zlotys. Purchasing own housing provides stability and the potential for value growth, but requires significant initial contributions, which usually range from 10% to 20% of the property value.
It is interesting to note that monthly mortgage payments are usually 10-15% lower than the costs of renting similar housing. But when buying, additional costs for property maintenance, taxes, and insurance should also be considered.
The choice between renting and buying largely depends on individual circumstances and financial capabilities. Renting offers more freedom and mobility, which can be important for those who are uncertain about their long-term plans. Buying ensures stability and the potential benefit from the appreciation of property value.
Let us remind you that Ukrainians can receive benefits on utilities and home heating.
