Dollar exchange rate in Ukraine: experts provided a forecast of fluctuations until the end of the year.
Minor fluctuations in the exchange rates for Ukrainians are expected in the last week of November. The National Bank of Ukraine is keeping the situation on the currency market under control.
According to the head of the treasury department of 'Globus Bank' Taras Lesovyi, there is a decrease in demand for foreign currency on the cash market due to 'natural conditions', particularly the discount season, which stimulates an increase in the number of currency sellers.
From November 25 to December 1, the dollar exchange rate on the interbank market is expected to fluctuate between 41.2-41.7 UAH/USD, while the euro is expected to be 43.5-45 UAH/EUR. The cash market is forecasted to have a rate of 41.2-41.8 UAH/USD and 45-47.5 UAH/EUR.
Thus, 100 US dollars will cost between 4120-4180 UAH, and for 1000 dollars, you will have to pay between 41,200 and 41,800 UAH.
Financial analyst Andrii Shevchishin believes that by the end of 2024, the hryvnia may experience devaluation, but this depends on the NBU's policy, which continues to control currency restrictions.
According to Shevchishin, the dollar exchange rate by the end of the year may rise to 42-43 UAH/USD, depending on the actions of the regulator and the market situation.
