LG has introduced the world's thinnest wireless OLED TV: what the new product can do

According to Korrespondent.net: LG has unveiled the OLED evo W6 - a TV that is considered the world's thinnest wireless OLED device. This new product was demonstrated during a closed media preview in Las Vegas ahead of CES 2026.

TV Features

The thickness of the model is only 9 mm, allowing it to be mounted on the wall in such a way that it almost blends into the wall, with no visible cables. This makes the TV an ideal choice for those who appreciate premium home theater and minimalist style.

Unlike previous OLED concepts, in the W6 all major components - the display, motherboard, power block, and speakers - are integrated into one ultra-thin housing. Connections to external devices are made through a compact Zero Connect Box, which wirelessly transmits a 4K signal at up to 165 Hz with no noticeable delay.

The TV runs on the LG Alpha 11 AI processor and is equipped with new Hyper Radiant Color technology. The manufacturer promises significantly higher peak brightness and premium coating that reduces glare and improves visibility in brightly lit rooms. For gamers, the TV supports NVIDIA G-Sync, AMD FreeSync Premium, automatic low latency mode, and has a response time of 0.1 ms.

The OLED evo W6 runs on an advanced webOS platform, which is integrated with Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.

Other News

It is also worth noting that it was recently reported that the Chinese company Hisense has started selling giant TVs.

Production of the only domestic TV has been halted in Russia.

TV technologies are constantly evolving, and by presenting the OLED evo W6, LG emphasizes its status as an innovator in the market. This TV can become a true touch of art in your home, not only for its image quality but also for its aesthetic appearance. At the same time, competition in the TV market is becoming increasingly fierce, and new products like TVs from Hisense promise new experiences for consumers.
