Eliminated officers, Russian general and hundreds of DPRK soldiers: consequences of the Storm Shadow strike in the Kursk region.
The missile strike was carried out on an underground facility in Maryino, Kursk region of the Russian Federation. As a result of the attack, 18 officers of the Russian troops were killed, including Lieutenant General Valeriy Solodchuk, the first deputy commander of the Leningrad military district. Another 33 military personnel were injured. There were also casualties among three North Korean military representatives, including two officers and one woman, who later turned out to be working as a translator.
