British woman stabbed in Cambodia over jealousy: suspect detained.
According to The Sun: 34-year-old Jessica Hopkins became a murder victim when her partner, 33-year-old Kididila Ngada Glody, stabbed her in the neck during an argument over a man.
According to reports, Jessica and Glody were involved in a love triangle that triggered their conflict.

The incident occurred on Friday around midnight in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, triggering an urgent manhunt. Police detained Glody less than a day later at a nail salon.
Local law enforcement reported that Jessica was living in a rented apartment with the suspect.
The women rode a motorcycle to a park in Koh Pich, where a conflict arose that led to a fight.
The deputy head of criminal investigations, Em Vichetr, noted:
“According to witnesses, the suspect knocked the victim down and then pushed her to the ground.”
He also stated:
“The suspect took a knife and stabbed the victim in the neck several times, causing her to die on the spot, after which she fled.”
Witnesses called the police, who quickly arrived at the scene. A bloody knife was found near Jessica's body.
At 4:30 the next day, Glody was detained at the 'Zola' salon, about 2.5 km from the crime scene.
Video footage showed Glody being led out in handcuffs during interrogation.
According to local authorities, the suspect killed Jessica out of jealousy over a mutual boyfriend:
“During questioning after her arrest, the suspect confessed to killing the victim because she was angry at her for the romance with her Congolese boyfriend.”
Glody faces up to 15 years in prison for murder.
Jessica, originally from Harpenden, Hertfordshire, was living in a rented apartment in the Chroy Changvar area. She had previously been in Siem Reap, according to her Facebook profile.

Two witnesses who saw the murder received 'stern warnings' from police after they reported the events to local media. They cooperated with the investigation and were released after questioning.
A representative from the UK Foreign Office commented on this tragedy:
“We are supporting the family of the British woman who died in Cambodia and are in contact with local authorities.”
Jessica's social media page features many travel photos reflecting her active life. Fellow countrymen honored her memory online.
One of her friends wrote:
“She was a very gentle, kind person who always made time for others.”
Another added:
“You were the sweetest, kindest person I ever knew.”
