Lviv Honors the Memory of Farion - A Photo Report from the Murder Scene.

Today, the residents of Lviv gathered near the memorial plaque for Iryna Farion to honor her memory. A year ago, the linguist was murdered at this very spot.

• The residents of Lviv laid flowers and lit candles near the house where Farion lived.
• A memorial service and a presentation of the project for a square in honor of Iryna Farion are also scheduled for today.
• The place for the public space dedicated to the linguist will be located on Masaryka Street.
• At the court hearing in June, it was revealed that at the time of the murder, the suspect Vyacheslav Zinchenko was at the scene, and provocative images, including photos of the linguist, were found on his phone.
