Electricity Outage Schedules for Lviv Region

According to Novyny.live: Due to intense Russian attacks on energy infrastructure, hourly power outage schedules were introduced in the Lviv region on February 11. This measure is essential for maintaining the stability of the regional power supply, as the strikes have severely impacted the operation of energy systems. These attacks are part of a wider Russian campaign targeting Ukraine's critical civilian infrastructure.

According to information provided by Lvivoblenergo, several groups with defined outage times have been established:

  • Group 1.1: from 02:30 to 06:30, from 09:30 to 16:30, from 20:00 to 24:00.
  • Group 1.2: from 02:30 to 06:30, from 09:30 to 13:00, from 15:00 to 20:00, from 22:00 to 24:00.
  • Group 2.1: from 01:00 to 06:00, from 09:00 to 14:00, from 17:00 to 22:00.
  • Group 2.2: from 02:30 to 09:30, from 13:00 to 20:00, from 23:00 to 24:00.
  • Groups 3.1 and 3.2: from 00:00 to 02:30, from 06:30 to 13:00, from 16:30 to 22:00.
  • Groups 4.1 and 4.2: from 00:00 to 02:30, from 06:00 to 13:00, from 16:30 to 23:00, from 01:00 to 06:00, from 09:30 to 16:30, from 20:00 to 23:00.

Outage schedules also apply to groups 5.1, 5.2, 6.1, and 6.2, which have their own specific time restrictions:

  • Group 5.1: from 02:30 to 09:30, from 13:00 to 16:30, from 20:00 to 24:00.
  • Group 5.2: from 00:00 to 02:30, from 06:00 to 11:00, from 14:00 to 20:00, from 23:00 to 24:00.
  • Group 6.1: from 00:00 to 02:30, from 06:00 to 09:30, from 13:00 to 17:00, from 20:00 to 24:00.
  • Group 6.2: from 02:30 to 09:00, from 13:00 to 20:00, from 23:30 to 24:00.

These actions are aimed at ensuring the reliability of electricity supply under unstable conditions.

The implementation of hourly power outages in the Lviv region underscores the severity of the situation with the energy infrastructure, which is under attack from the aggressor.

These measures are part of a broader strategy to preserve Ukraine's energy stability, which is critically important during wartime. While power cuts will affect the daily lives of residents, their introduction is a necessary step to prevent more serious, widespread grid failures in the future.
