Supermarket Tesco launches discounts on Quality Street chocolate sets

This promotion is valid nationwide for Clubcard holders, but shoppers are warned to check stock availability in their local store as supplies are quickly running out, and the product is already sold out online.

Some stores still have a sufficient quantity of these sets, while in others, the price for Clubcard holders is £4.50.

Tesco recommends using the mobile app to check product availability before going to the store to avoid disappointment.

“The availability displayed on our Tesco Grocery Home Shopping website only reflects your local store (if you are logged in) or our Pitsea Extra store (if not logged in) and does not reflect overall availability,” said a Tesco representative.
“Customers can use the search feature in the Tesco app to check the current availability of a specific product at their local Tesco store.”

The sets feature classic favorites like The Purple One, The Green Triangle, Strawberry Delight, Toffee Finger, Orange Creme, and Coconut Éclair, making them essentials for many families during the holidays.

In addition, Tesco has introduced festive discounts on other popular sweets. The prices for Celebrations sets have been reduced from £7 to £4.50 for Clubcard holders, while 550g sets of Cadbury Heroes now cost £5.25.

Tesco is also offering promotions on various treats. For example, the Fox’s Classic Biscuit Selection 275g is reduced from £4.75 to £2.85, representing a 40% discount until October 7.

Lindt Lindor chocolate truffles with flavors like cheesecake, salted caramel, pistachio, and milk chocolate are reduced from £7.50 to £5.50 until December 27.

Fans of Ferrero Rocher can purchase a box of 24 chocolates for £8, which is £2.50 cheaper than the original price of £10.50 until January 2.

Social media is abuzz with discussion about the Quality Street promotion. TikTok user Charandmatilda24 shared a video showcasing stacks of sets, urging followers:

“Don’t walk, run to your local Tesco to grab one or two sets of Quality Street for just £2.95 instead of £7!!”

Shoppers are taking advantage of the offer, with one noting: “I’m rushing to Tesco.” Another added: “What?! I’m racing to Tesco.”

However, some customers reported differing prices or empty shelves. One wrote: “Not in my Tesco, but they may vary in stores across different regions of the UK.” Others successfully found the deal, with one shopper writing: “I paid £2.95 today – there were plenty at Treforest Tesco.”

Tesco reminds customers again to use their app to check stock before heading out to avoid potential disappointments.

The winter holiday season and festive promotions are already approaching, and Tesco is not missing the opportunity to attract shoppers with enticing discounts on popular sweets. This offer on Quality Street will undoubtedly catch the attention of many looking to prepare for celebrations. Just be sure to check that your local store has the desired item in stock.
