Civilian Infrastructure Under Fire in Ukraine
According to UATV: Russian forces have launched strikes on civilian infrastructure in Ukraine, hitting targets in the Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, and Chernihiv regions, as well as the city of Kherson. These attacks have resulted in casualties among the local population, underscoring the ongoing threat to non-combatants.

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, more than ten strikes were recorded across three districts, leaving two people wounded. In the Sumy region, a suburban train was hit, causing the driver's cabin to catch fire. Meanwhile, in the Novhorod-Siverskyi district of Chernihiv, a drone attack injured two women.
Separately, in Kherson, artillery shelling sparked a fire in a five-story residential building, though no casualties were reported. Despite the risk of further strikes, emergency crews successfully extinguished the blaze.
On March 14, a bombing in Zaporizhzhia killed one man and injured 18 others, including two children. These incidents highlight the persistent dangers faced by civilians in Ukrainian regions under attack. As noted by Oleksandr Hanzha, head of the regional military administration, the situation remains tense.
