Attacks on Kherson and other regions
On the night of August 27, Russian troops shelled several peaceful towns and communities in Ukraine, damaging civilian infrastructure, reports FREEДОМ.
Early in the morning, Kherson was hit by artillery shelling. According to the regional military administration, two people were injured as a result of the attacks. After the shelling, the city was struck by drones.

Strike on Sumy region
In addition, Russian occupiers launched a massive shelling on the Sumy community, leading to damage to infrastructure. Emergency services are working at the scene, but preliminary information indicates that there are no casualties.
Shelling of Dnipropetrovsk region
Dnipropetrovsk region also came under attack, particularly in the morning, as well as during the night and evening, with Nikopol and several communities being shelled. Drones and heavy artillery were used.

In the Synelnykove district, drone strikes were recorded, causing a fire at a farm in the Pokrov community. According to the regional administration, six Russian drones were shot down in the airspace over Dnipropetrovsk region.

It was previously reported that as a result of a Russian strike on a high-rise building in Kherson, two people were injured.
These shellings occur against the backdrop of constantly increasing tension in the region. Authorities urge residents to be cautious and follow safety measures as the threat from the occupiers remains relevant. The situation requires close attention and prompt response from all relevant services.
