The International Center for Culture and Arts has been transferred to state management due to the actions of the National Agency for the Detection and Management of Assets (ARMA). According to ARMA's comment to Novyny.LIVE, a contract has been concluded with the winner of the competition, which provides for a guarantee payment and a share of the profit. The manager has been granted access to the center, which holds significant cultural potential. The 'Kombinat Plus' company, owned by Dmytro Sydorenko, became the winner of the competition for the management of this asset. ARMA confirms the transparency and legality of the competition process, the verification of the winner, and the issuance of permits. The state has now restored control over this cultural site, which is likely to generate profit for the state budget. The development of the International Center for Culture and Arts is planned in the direction of creating a modern and accessible space for cultural and concert events, as well as infrastructure modernization. All scheduled events at the center will take place as planned, and the complex will continue to operate in regular mode.
