According to UATV: On July 15 in Berlin, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz issued a warning that Russia is preparing further acts of aggression targeting the Baltic states, Moldova, and other parts of Europe. Merz also highlighted that Germany itself is a target of Russian hybrid warfare. During his address, he stated:

'We see clear signs that Russia is getting ready for more aggression. This goes far beyond Ukraine: it threatens the Baltic countries, Moldova, and other European regions.
