Forecasters predict cloudy weather in the Kyiv region on the last day of January. No precipitation is expected, but in some areas of the region a light rain is possible during the day. Fog is expected at night and in the morning, which may limit visibility. The wind is blowing from the southeast at a speed of 3-8 m/s. The temperature at night will range from +4 to -1 degrees, and during the day it will rise to +5...+10 degrees. In Kyiv, the nights will be slightly warmer: from +1 to +3 degrees, and during the day - from +7 to +9 degrees.
