The Vice Chancellor and Finance Minister of Germany supports Ukraine
According to FREEДOM: Today, August 25, the Vice Chancellor and Finance Minister of Germany Lars Klingbeil arrived in Ukraine, reports FREEДOM.
Upon arrival in Kyiv, the minister assured of the constant support for Ukraine.
“Putin should have no illusions that our support for Ukraine may waver. On the contrary: we remain the second largest supporter of Ukraine in the world and the largest in Europe. As Finance Minister, I also give a clear promise today: Ukraine can continue to count on Germany,” said Klingbeil.
The Vice Chancellor noted that in close cooperation with the Federal Chancellor, he is looking for ways for Germany to best support Ukraine in a possible peace process.
“This is about Ukrainian security, but also about European security. Now Russia must finally show serious interest in a just world. Putin must finally end his brutal aggressive war,” he emphasized.
