The Kremlin negotiator sarcastically responded to Merz after the leaked conversation of EU leaders.
Comment by Dmitriev on the words of the Chancellor of Germany
According to ТСН: The Kremlin representative Kirill Dmitriev, who is participating in negotiations with the USA regarding the 'peace plan', sarcastically reacted to the statements of the Chancellor of Germany Friedrich Merz, which became known through a leak of information from the conversation of European leaders.
Dmitriev shared his comment on the social network X, where he outlined the content of the confidential conversation.
He noted the words of Merz, who allegedly said: 'they are playing a game — both with you and with us', referring to Ukraine and Europe.
'Chancellor Merz accuses the Americans of 'playing games'… Dear Merz, you are not even in the game. You have disqualified yourself by inciting war, disrupting peace efforts, unrealistic proposals, the suicide of Western civilization, migration, and stubborn stupidity,' Dmitriev wrote.
It is also worth noting that the published transcript of the phone conversation, obtained from Spiegel, contains the opinions of European leaders, NATO's Secretary-General, and the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky. The leaders of France and Germany expressed concern that the United States might 'betray Ukraine and Europe' during negotiations with the Kremlin regarding a possible peace agreement.
These statements reflect the concerns of EU countries about Ukraine's future in the context of peace talks. The situation remains complex, and such statements only highlight the tension between Western partners and the Kremlin, which requires careful monitoring and discussion at international forums.
