Monobank has implemented a new feature for the convenience of its clients
According to the bank's founder Oleg Gorokhovsky, Monobank has introduced an improvement that saves clients' time when making payments. Now clients can receive an invoice for the payment directly from the screen after completing the transaction, making the process much more convenient for users.
'A small improvement that will save your time,' Gorokhovsky commented.
Previously, clients had to perform additional actions and navigate between sections of the mobile app to obtain the invoice.
Other innovations from Monobank
This new feature complements the list of other improvements that were implemented earlier. For example, in November 2024, a tracking feature was launched, allowing users to monitor payments via Apple Pay or Google Pay. The bank also introduced its own marketplace 'market by mono' and entered the POS terminal market in October 2024.
Recently, there were security issues when, in March 2025, some clients reported missing funds from their accounts without warning. Additionally, in December 2024, a discussion about banking secrecy arose after Oleg Gorokhovsky highlighted a certain clause in PrivatBank's contract regarding information disclosure.
