Ukrainians honor the memory of those who died in the Russo-Ukrainian war every day. Today we will remember Vadym Pakhomov. Vadym was a fourth-year student of the Faculty of Psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, who died in battle on June 25, 2025, in Sumy region from an enemy drone attack. He was known for his creativity and passion. According to testimonies from his friends and acquaintances, Vadym was a person with an open heart, a bright mind, and a deep inner light. His friends recall numerous memories of him that add even more light to his memory. The student government of the Faculty of Psychology emphasizes that Vadym is a Hero for them, and they express their condolences to his family. The bright memory of him will remain forever in their hearts. On Thursday, July 3 at 10:30, a farewell to Vadym will take place at St. Michael's Golden-Domed Monastery. We invite everyone to honor the memory of the fallen together with us. May the bright memory of the heroes who lost their lives in the war for our homeland live on.
