This high level of interest in the premises among local entrepreneurs is due to its size - 258.2 sq. m, located on the first floor of a five-story building in Rozsoshentsi, Poltava region.
The Ministry of Economy reported that the initial price of the lot was 25 thousand hryvnias, but during the auction, it rose to 6.5 million hryvnias. 'The price of the object during the auction increased 260 times,' the statement said.
