According to inkorr.com: Detectives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) are conducting searches at the Minister of Justice Herman Halushchenko, who previously held the position of Minister of Energy. Searches are also taking place at the businessman and co-owner of the 'Kvartal 95' studio, an associate of President Volodymyr Zelensky, Timur Mindich.

This information was confirmed by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak and sources from law enforcement agencies of 'Ukrainska Pravda'.

Searches at Halushchenko's

According to Zheleznyak, the searches are taking place due to corruption schemes in the energy sector: NABU detectives are present at the home of the former Minister of Energy and at 'Energoatom'.

'Herman Halushchenko is being searched by NABU. And at 'Energoatom', they say, too,' he wrote.

This information was confirmed by two independent sources.

Searches at Mindich's

Early in the morning on November 10, NABU officials visited businessman Timur Mindich. Searches are taking place in Kyiv.

According to testimonies, Mindich left the country on the night before the searches, just a few hours before the arrival of the detectives.

'Mindich fled the country at night, a few hours before the searches,' sources reported.

During these searches, NABU agents are investigating possible manifestations of corruption in the energy sector. The investigation also covers the joint activities of Halushchenko and Mindich, which may be related to violations of anti-corruption legislation.

These events indicate the intensification of the fight against corruption in Ukraine, especially in key sectors of the economy. The searches of high-ranking officials and businessmen highlight the seriousness of the fiscal authorities' intentions to eradicate corruption schemes and establish accountability for individuals who abuse their status.
