Jelisniejek Jarosław Ivanovych - economist, member of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the 9th convocation from the Holos party, head of the Holos faction, deputy head of the Holos party (on parliamentary affairs).

Place of Birth. Education. Jarosław Jelisniejek was born on October 20, 1989, in Mariupol in the Donetsk Oblast.

In 2009, he studied at the Institute of Law of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

In 2013, he graduated from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Specialty “International Business”, master's degree.

Career. From 2009 to 2014 - senior government advisor at Kesarev Consulting.

2014-2015 - government advisor at Anheuser-Busch Inbev.

He conducts classes at the Kyiv School of Economics.

He is the head of the NGO “Innovation Democracy Agency” and co-founder of the PolitEyes project.

Political Career. In the 8th convocation of the Verkhovna Rada, he was a social principles advisor to the MP from Self Reliance Viktoria Ptychnik, in the 6th convocation he was an advisor to the MP from the Party of Regions Oleksiy Plotnikov.

Since 2015, he worked as an advisor for government and parliamentary relations to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Aivaras Abromavicius.

Since 2016, he has been an advisor in the strategic advisory group for support of reforms in Ukraine (SAGSUR), and since 2017, he has been an advisor to Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman on parliamentary relations.

In 2019, he won the parliamentary elections from the Holos party, number 4 on the list. Head of the legislative work department of the Holos party. Deputy head of the parliamentary faction of the Holos party. First deputy chairman of the Committee on financial, tax and customs policy.

On December 28, 2020, at the meeting of the Holos party faction in the Verkhovna Rada, Jarosław Jelisniejek was elected head of the Holos faction.

On January 29, 2021, he was elected deputy head of the Holos party on parliamentary affairs.

Family. Married for the second time, first wife - Antuanetta Jelisniejek, entrepreneur. Second wife - Olga Kowal, MP of the Verkhovna Rada of the 9th convocation from the Servant of the People party. In September 2023, the couple had a son - Ivan.
