Investigation against Timur Mindich
According to inkorr.com: Timur Mindich, a well-known co-owner of the 'Quarter 95' studio, has come under the spotlight of an anti-corruption investigation by the National Anti-Corruption Bureau. According to BBC News Ukraine, he is referred to as 'Carlson' in NABU documents. The main focus is on suspicions of embezzling over 100 million dollars in the energy and defense sectors.
Searches and Mindich's connections
Recently, law enforcement officers conducted searches at Mindich's home, but by that time he had already left Ukraine. It also became known that the 'Professor' in this case is considered to be Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko, while 'Carlson' is Timur Mindich, as confirmed by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak.
It became clear that Mindich had significant connections with oligarch Ihor Kolomoyskyi and was in close contact with President Volodymyr Zelensky. He repeatedly visited the President's Office, which raised journalists' suspicions.
Statement from Volodymyr Zelensky
In his address, Zelensky emphasized the importance of fighting corruption and expressed support for NABU's activities in this high-profile case. This has generated significant public resonance and highlighted the repercussions of anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine.
