The situation with the Poligrafkombinat case

According to inkorr.com: The Poligrafkombinat case continues to develop: the French company SURYS has contributed a compensation of 3.37 million euros to the state budget. This occurred as part of the investigation by NABU and SAP regarding corruption schemes at the State Enterprise "Poligrafkombinat Ukraine". This stage is the first instance where foreign participants have provided historical compensation.

In total, the participants of the crime have already transferred more than 180 million hryvnias for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and to compensate for losses to the state. A significant portion of these funds has been directed to assist low-income families and for housing repairs through the "eRestoration" program.

"The joint investigative group, which included detectives from NABU, prosecutors from SAP, as well as representatives of law enforcement agencies from France and Estonia, worked on this investigation," the report emphasized.

These steps confirm the serious approach of government bodies to combating corruption and demonstrate willingness for joint efforts to restore law and order in the country.

It is important to note that such actions are part of the systemic work of the state to combat corruption. The payment of compensations and the investigation of such cases emphasize the importance of international cooperation in fighting financial crimes, which, in turn, may contribute to improving the investment climate in Ukraine.
