Naftogaz changes the conditions for subsidies: gas consumers will be required to provide a certificate.
Ukrainians receiving subsidies for utility services may need a certificate from Naftogaz
For some categories of applicants, including those who had debt for gas before applying for a subsidy or changed the owner of the property, a certificate from Naftogaz is mandatory for receiving the subsidy.
This certificate can be obtained both remotely and in person. Remotely, it can be obtained through the personal account on my.gas.ua, Naftogaz's chatbots in Viber and Telegram, or through self-service terminals of Oschadbank, PrivatBank, EasyPay, or City24.
To obtain the document in person, one must contact the customer service center or a partner branch of Naftogaz with a passport or ID card, as well as an EIC code or personal account number.
It should be noted that earlier Naftogaz reacted to information about insufficient gas reserves in Ukraine.
