Serviceman Assaulted in Odesa
According to Novyny.live: An attack on a Ukrainian serviceman occurred in Odesa while he was conducting a document check. The assailant, on Mechnykova Street, used tear gas and stabbed the soldier before fleeing the scene. Such attacks on military personnel have become a serious concern in Ukraine since the full-scale invasion began. The victim was immediately taken to a hospital, where he received necessary medical treatment.
Investigative actions are currently underway, and a search for the perpetrator is ongoing. Intentionally assaulting military personnel constitutes a serious criminal offense under Articles 114-1 and 348 of Ukraine's Criminal Code.
