The United States has no plan for ending the war in Ukraine, - Zelensky
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the U.S. currently does not have a ready plan for ending the war in Ukraine. He noted that during a lengthy conversation with American President Donald Trump, certain details were discussed, but that is not enough to form a concrete plan to end the conflict.
Also during this conversation, the losses of the troops and the issue of Ukraine's NATO membership were discussed. Zelensky noted that the U.S. and Trump are not ready to discuss Ukraine's membership in the Alliance as it may lead to an escalation of the conflict with Russia.
'If Ukraine does not receive NATO membership, then we will need a significant army,' - emphasized Zelensky.
In addition to this, Zelensky drew attention to the possible relocation of military personnel from North Korea to the Kursk region. He noted that their exact number is unknown but emphasized that such a move by North Korea indicates the losses they have suffered.
'We see that there are several thousand military personnel present there, and they continue to ask for even more. This is not due to a good life. They have suffered losses and are asking for help,' - noted Zelensky.
