The aim is to support entrepreneurs whose businesses have been impacted by the war. Grants of up to €3,000 are available for business owners operating in manufacturing or service sectors.
Eligibility Requirements
Applications for the program will be accepted until April 14, 2026. Assistance is available to:
- Internally displaced persons;

- Veterans.
Individual entrepreneurs must have been registered before January 1, 2026, to qualify. Additional conditions require that the business has suffered due to the war and employs no more than 10 people.
Grant funds can be used to purchase equipment, tools, inventory, and auxiliary materials. This initiative aims to help entrepreneurs rebuild their businesses and foster economic development during post-conflict recovery.
Introducing business grant competitions in Ukraine is a vital step toward economic revival, especially for small enterprises that have incurred losses from the war. This effort not only aids entrepreneurs but also creates new jobs, providing an extra boost for affected regions. Supporting internally displaced persons and veterans further reflects a commitment to social equity and integrating these groups into the country's economic life.
