Buying a used car can turn into a real disaster if certain tips are not followed. Recently, experts identified two budget crossovers that require special attention when choosing.
According to the review, the Chevrolet Captiva (2007–2014) suffers seriously from issues with diesel engines, the transmission, and turbochargers. Such shortcomings can lead to significant expenses and inconveniences for owners in the future.
Regarding the Dacia Duster (2010–2013), owners complain about problems with the reducer, paintwork, all-wheel drive system, and even the quality of the interior materials. Such problems may become apparent after surpassing a certain mileage of the vehicle.
