According to Novyny.live: Russian forces launched an attack using strike drones against the Odesa region on the night of February 23, 2023, resulting in three fatalities and multiple injuries and significant property damage. The victims include a 20-year-old woman and a man approximately 45 years old. Three other individuals, aged between 23 and 45, were wounded, with two reported to be in serious condition. All those injured are receiving necessary medical care.
The assault caused damage to industrial and warehouse facilities, administrative buildings, and an auto parts store. Several vehicles were also destroyed. One of the drones struck an apartment in a multi-story residential building but failed to detonate. This attack is part of a wider pattern of Russian strikes targeting civilian infrastructure across Ukraine.
Regrettably, the enemy's nighttime strike resulted in the deaths of a 20-year-old woman and a man around 45 years old. Three other people aged 23 to 45 were also injured, two of them in serious condition. All the victims are being provided with the necessary medical assistance.

Wider Attacks Across Ukraine
In a separate incident the previous day, on February 22, 2023, Russian troops attacked the Kyiv region, damaging over 100 homes and leaving 17 people wounded. Across Ukraine, the military reported that nearly 50 missiles and 297 drones of various types were launched in these attacks. These events underscore the ongoing Russian aggression and its severe impact on the civilian population.
The strikes in the Odesa and Kyiv regions confirm an escalation of hostilities within Ukraine, with grave consequences for non-combatants.
