According to Novyny.live: In the early hours of March 28, Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure in the city of Odesa, including a maternity hospital and a multi-story residential building. Four people were injured as a result of the assault. The attack occurred overnight, with drones specifically targeting these locations.
The strike partially destroyed sections between the fourth and fifth floors of the apartment building. The blast wave shattered windows in homes across various parts of the district, while a fire broke out in private residential houses.
