According to Novyny.live: Rescue teams in Odesa have recovered the body of a 34-year-old man from the debris of a five-story building following an overnight assault. This brings the total death toll from the incident to two. Additionally, 12 people were injured, including at least one child.
Damage Across the City
The attack inflicted damage not only on residential structures but also on a maternity hospital. More than ten vehicles were also destroyed or damaged. Municipal crews and heavy equipment are actively working at the affected sites.
“This marks the second fatality from the nighttime strike on the city,” reported Serhiy Lysak.
This latest assault on Odesa reflects a broader pattern of escalating violence in the region. Authorities have heightened the alert status of security and emergency response units. Strikes on civilian infrastructure, such as maternity hospitals, are particularly alarming to the public, underscoring the urgent need for international cooperation to protect innocent civilians.
