Overnight Drone Strike on Zaporizhzhia: Woman Injured, Auto Repair Shop Destroyed, and 15 Homes Damaged.

According to UATV: In the early hours of June 10, 2023, at approximately 4:00 AM, Russian forces launched a drone attack on the city of Zaporizhzhia. The strike left a 59-year-old woman injured and caused extensive damage to both residential buildings and technical infrastructure, sparking widespread panic among local residents.
Aftermath of the Bombardment
The assault damaged 15 homes and completely destroyed an auto service station. Additionally, several cars that were undergoing repairs at the facility were also damaged.

Following the attack, cleanup and demolition crews moved in to secure the area. “Dismantling work was carried out, overhanging structures were removed, and the yard was cleared of construction debris,” Dorofieiev added. These efforts aimed to ensure the safety of residents and restore normal living conditions in the affected neighborhoods.
This incident is part of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, which has been raging since 2014. Zaporizhzhia, like many other cities, frequently comes under fire, resulting in destroyed infrastructure and constant danger to civilians. Local authorities continue to implement recovery measures and work to protect the population.
